My mission in Life is to nurture others into being all they want to be: I am Aphrodite who Nurtures. I am a loving, giving, humorous, assertive, intelligent, creative, resourceful, powerful woman who works hard at being an advocate, cheerleader, accountability expert, guide, different perspective, and catalyst for change for my clients.

One of the best choices I have made about my life was to become professionally trained as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by The Coaches Training Institute. This training and refining process was a huge investment of time, money and effort on my part. The investment was made in who I am and who I wanted to be and has resulted in me being much more skilled and adept at serving my Clients comfortably and efficiently. Some coaches begin serving Clients without this advanced training and some of them are quite good at what they do. I chose a different path for myself and my clients.

Professionally trained and certified by The Coaches Training Institute based in San Rafael, California, I am a member of the International Coaching Federation. My background includes more than two decades of management experience in the corporate world. I have owned my own consulting business and have been coaching all my life, professionally since 2000.

I am the mother of two active sons and married to the same terrific husband for more than 25 years.

My coaching practice includes clients from all walks of life.  However, I specialize in helping Crisis Clients find their power and their options for moving out of Crisis. I also coach Business Owners and Drivers as they find the power to overcome the "loneliness at the top" phenomenon.
