The topics discussed in coaching always involve the Client’s agenda. Various Clients desire various types of coaching. No matter the type of coaching chosen, all topics and discussions are held to be confidential* by the Professional Coach.

Crisis Coaching involves short term, intensive sessions focusing on a specific problem/opportunity/situation. My personal favorite work is with Clients in transition or Crisis. Sessions may last several hours and may occur several times per week for a period of several weeks or a few months. The purpose of Crisis Coaching is to provide support, encouragement and different perspectives for the Client during a time of turmoil in their life. Some examples of when Crisis coaching may be useful include:

Divorce or separation
Parenting teens
Serious health problems of a loved one
Relationship challenges
Job challenges
Interpersonal or professional conflicts
Moral and ethical dilemmas
Loss of a loved one

Group Coaching involves assisting members of the group improve their communication, cohesiveness and effectiveness. Work can be done with the entire group or with segments of it. Ultimately, the entire group must be involved in order for real progress to be made. Group Coaching is almost always done in person and can involve anywhere from a single seminar or session to an entire series of workshops.

Personal Coaching involves working one on one and is most often done over the telephone but it can be done in person. The goals of Personal Coaching usually involve seeking Balance, Fulfillment, and improvement in the Client’s Process or Relationships. The Coaching relationship can last from only a few months to a year or longer.

Seminars are available on a variety of topics and can be specially designed for your group or meeting. Suggested topics include:

Meeting your Future Self: Living your Life with Intention and Purpose
Crisis Happens: How to use Turmoil and Transition as a Springboard to Living a Bigger Life
Core Values: How to Find Them in Your Life
