Simply put, I want my client’s natural brilliance to radiate no matter the setting they choose for themselves. Without exception, I find my clients are either unwilling or unskilled at seeing the abundance of their radiance and allowing their brilliance to reflect all the light available to them.

During the course of our daily lives, each one of us experiences a natural dulling process affecting our self-image and self-expectations. As a Coach, my focus is on shining, polishing, and sometimes re-facetting the natural brilliance of my clients. As the polishing takes place, sometimes with mild abrasion, self-awareness and self-confidence emerge. With a focus on what is possible rather than on the obstacles of life, living a larger, shinier, brighter life is the natural result.

My Clients come in all sizes and shapes; various races, creeds, and religions; and with a wide variety of expectations….

My Clients often want to be challenged, exposed to new ideas and perspectives, recognized and affirmed, listened to and held accountable. They want an Advocate who is in their corner, no matter what challenges are being met.

As a Coach, I love to do all those things for my Clients! And, as it happens, I’m very good at all of those actions and more!

I love to see my Clients grow and change! They do this through the work we do together and through the work they do between sessions. As we come together again in coaching sessions, we work to apply the knowledge and self-awareness that is being gained.

Each Client grows and changes at their own pace and part of Coaching is celebrating that growth at each step of the path!
